VWSA has been awful. My recent experience of buying a Golf GTi from a VW dealer has been horrific. What is disgusting is VWSA’s lack of attention about the fraudulent activity of their dealer and blatant disregard for the consumer. VW customer relations needs to be attended to urgently. Until then I would stay away from VW and never support a brand that has such pathetic after sales service. Good riddance.
